The grapes were grown in the cool-climate Eden Valley, and blended seamlessly with small parcels of fruit from the Barossa Valley floor to capture rich, velvety texture and full fruit flavours.

NOSE: Super fine and elegant nose of cedar, cigar box, tobacco and intense fruit perfume of blackcurrant and mulberry.
PALATE: Black fruits and fine chalky Cabernet complexities, which linger effortlessly on an ever-ending delicate finish.
SERVE: Decant at least 30 minutes before serving.

PAIR: Perfectly cooked steak.

WINEMAKING: Matured for two years in new French oak and then a further three years in bottle prior to release, in order for the wine to properly mature to a suitable drinking age.
CELLARING: Ready to drink now, but will reward further patience for up to 20 years.
