Refund policy
Vineyard Road will always do its best to ensure your wine is delivered to you safely and in good condition. In the occurrence that you believe this is not the case, please contact admin@fabal.com.au to discuss your situation.
Reasons for a return could include a breakage in transit or faulty wine when opened. Please note that Vineyard Road do not take responsibility for wine products that have not been stored or handled correctly, impacting the quality of the product.
In most cases, an exchange will be offered in the first instance, with a refund able to be requested by Vineyard Road.
